An ever increasing problem, have a day away from this site and you miss so much!
Interestingly, Baddesley was one of the few places (that i know of) that utilised a haulage system similar to that at Rhosydd.
The site currently has a few capped shafts and the haulage tunnel in situ, about 200 m to a collapse with a tight squeeze. There is a nearby opencast and a huge flat concrete area where the main workings were.

Unfortunately the access to the haulage tunnel has now been capped.
We shall have to wait for the local kids to dig another way in 🙂
