New to mines and this on-line business so apologies in advance for any blunders. Bit of a luddite! Used to go caving/potholing (SRT) many, many years ago. Not as agile now, but looking to go underground again. Are there any groups in North Cumbria? I live by Northern Fells (Carrock Fell, High Pike) area near Hesket Newmarket.

Since the demise of MOLES, I think the CATMHS is your only option.

Ian Tyler did guided walks this year, after the closure of the Keswick Mining Museum but still on the same website, I would imagine there will be 2015 walks announced.
