My Parents live in Mid wales, Been staying with them this week, Took my 8 and 6 year old kids to Dylife Mine today, I have been going there for the last 35 years, and just wanted to say what an amazing job is being done at the Martha Waterwheel pit site !!, Its amazing to see, and my children were very impressed and interested. Great to see what a small group of people can achieve. It is a credit to your hard work 😉

Thanks Mike

The work was carried out by Michael Brown and members of the Welsh Mines Preservation Trust over the last few years. We will be holding our next working weekend at Dylife on Sat 1st / Sun 2nd October 1030am - 4.30pm.

If anyone would like to come and assist or drop in for a chat they will be most welcome.

I have a photographic record of our work at Dylife, if any list member would like a cd of them, contact me at [email protected].

All the best

Graham
