Perhaps they mean the lamp bracket cost 3d over the price of the plain helmet.And they can't spell Acetylene.

Came with spring clip for fibre helmet, seem to remember also had hook clip.

I thought you were going to hit me with rivet head diameters, lamp bracket corner radiuses, shades of grey, etc.
