I have never heard of any entrance fee on any of the Alston moor mines, except when Mine Tours, under the ownership of one Dave Wilson, used to charge the same fee for going into Smallcleugh.
By agreeing to all of this, are we creating a precidence?
Also by charging a fee, does the owner become responsible if someone injuries themselves down there?
