There seems to be a problem with the links - both are just hitting 'Wait' indicators for me. I can login to PayPal fine through the normal login page, but not via either 'Buy Now' button.

That might be a security setting on your computer? Or a temporary issue with PayPal. Just tested the links and all works fine here.
