Could you let me know the date of the photographs showing the destruction of the Greensplat engine house?

Goonvean Ltd has found its ownership of historic structures a burden and
has lightened this weight,in recent times,by demolition. In February 2000
the listed Greensplat Engine House was demolished by this company. In
1959, this engine house witnessed the last commercial stroke of a Cornish
beam engine in Cornwall. Thus it was one of the most historic engine
houses in the county. This engine house, along with its still in situ sky
tip winder, was erased from the face of the earth in just one day. Every
last stone was removed from the site. I know of no jobs that were
preserved by this action.

If it was a listed building, I wonder what action (if any!) was taken against the site owners? :guns:

the engine its self was removed by peter young for his park (poldark mine) where it still stands proud over the site

Disclaimer: Mine exploring can be quite dangerous, but then again it can be alright, it all depends on the weather. Please read the proper disclaimer.
