Think we should all bear this one in mind for next year as there a $10,000 AUS prize (that blows a poxy Sten out of the water Simon)

I think its perhaps a bit fairer if you post a link to the whole competition and let people decide which photo they like the best, rather than making the competition into a 'who knows the most people' contest.

Yeah, I was a bit surprised by the lack of underground photos, but looking at the previous top winners they seem pretty keen on the human aspects of mining.

Hey, if I had a choice of a Sten or ten thousand Aussie bucks I know which one I'd choose :)

Well if its only worth 6k i'll happily let the winner have the cheque made out to me if it will save them the trouble of having to in to the bank to pay in such a piddling amount!
