I noe there is not category for the Irish mines of which there are numerous - the Berehaven and Avoca Engine Houses are some of the best

There is a Europe section, although it might be worth widening "Northern Ireland" to be "Northern Ireland and Ireland" ?

Why not just call it Ireland as i note nothing has been added to the North anyway

There's one problem with that in terms of landranger sheets for Ireland. The mine entry page would need tweaking so that mines without a sheet or grid reference could be added.

But there'll be a site update in the near future that'll cover all of this and more 🙂

Ireland is completely mapped and grid refernces will be available albeit they will not match up to the landranger series

Agreed, I wasn't suggesting Ireland wasn't mapped!

But the current mine entry page, and all the searches and pages that list mines 'expect' a landranger map, so there's a lot of work involved in making this more flexible to cope with non UK / non landranger map mines and quarries.

However, all this and more is on it's way...

There are 2 sections for Ireland - Northern Ireland and Eire. There are no mines allocated to these areas yet so thats probably why you cant see them.
