I have been informed by the publisher the book has been delayed further. It has been printed in India and there has been a shipping problem and it is now stuck somewhere in Europe
It is unlikely to arrive until 2nd January and I have extended the post free offer on advance orders until this date,
For those that have pre ordered - my system still adds postage and i will will deduct this from the final bill nothing will not be charged until the books arrive and are dispatched to you
