Well so far 5th and 6th is free for me 🙂 19th and 20th we are doing a DCC club derbyshire weekend so its gonna be a derbyshire month lol

If 26/27 suits more people let's go for that then.

I think I might struggle to make that weekend though, but to be honest I don't know where I might be around that time so plan it to suti the majority and I'll come if I can 🙂

Looks like it's going to be impossible to get a date in May that suits all the people who are up for a meet.

How about either June some time, or putting it back to September?

We'll do the mini-meet in N Wales in July as usual, and could perhaps arrange another weekend somewhere over the summer?

Back end of June is no good for me, but if we try to suit everyone it won't happen as diaries get fuller.

I was wondering if it was worth doing my Swaledale trip this year, having done Sir Francis in 2010 and Brandy Bottle Through-Trip in 2011 thats the two bigger trips done.

september sounds like a good plan to me- it normally goes back to nice weather again as soon as the kid's a re back at school- and with lots of notice folks might be able to be free! 😮

It will probably wipe out 16/17 and 22/23 depend on where/when I go on holiday.

Although theres an NMRS trip to Tynebottom on the 22nd I wouldnt have minded going on, if i've not been before then.

Don't make anything dependant on me, i'll be there whenever if i've nothing already arranged.
