Gill Heads mine seems to be in the database twice; the other occurrence with the spelling Gillheads.
Gill Heads spelling is given in British Mining No. 60, Greenhow Mine, so I would take that to be the accepted name.
Photos have been uploaded to both entries but I'm assuming the superpowers of a mod can deal with that :)

Simon,
It looks pretty good to me,
I think that the names around Greenhow Hill can be confusing, eg there is a Gill Fields level, and I think that mine explorers have not been critical of what spelling has been put around.
