Was in the ownership of Bolckow & Vaughan and employed 73 people in 1922.
Did they produce the limestone for dusting in their own mines or was it for general sale for other uses?
How long did it stay in production and when was its peak year of production and how many men were employed at that stage.

The main use for limestone was probably as flux in the furnaces, though, of course, powdered limestone was used in coal mines to prevent dust explosions, the quantities required would be relatively very small compared to the quarry output.
