Gabriel, this is simply awesome! Is that by any chance the Breda off Oban? I last dived on her in 1976 and it still looks like it's more or less as I remember it then...

As Blober has said, some of the Blaenau Ffestiniog slate quarries would be good scanned - my favourite for this treatment would be Cwmorthin.

I do a lot of voluntary work on the Ffestiniog & Welsh Highland Railways nearby and we had someone scan some of our locos in recent times - especially one that hasn't run for over 70 years that we wanted to strip and restore. The laser scanning was stunning revealing every little detail - something like your Cornish engine pump house so I'm now familiar with the capabilities of modern gear. For us explorer / ind. arch. types it's just a brilliant tool.

Cheers

Hello from Hawaii, Gabriel. I happened on your post somewhat by accident but was very excited to see your online point cloud viewer. It works great. The surveying, engineering, and laser scanning company I work for recently scanned the USS Arizona Memorial in Pearl Harbor in collaboration with a non-profit I used to work for. A little confusing I know, but suffice it to say we would like to share the results online. Are you going to license the viewer at some point? If not, would you be willing to share the code? Anyway, well done and hope to hear from you.

Best regards.
