I read a detailed description of the hydraulic engines at the botton of Brewery Shaft and was fascinated by the way air was drawn down pipes by water then separated in a large cylinder. The pressure of the head of water then proceaded to compress the air in the top of the cylinder to power equipment.
Is this the said reciever?
