I try to try to reply to his emails but they all bounce back. Anyone know this gentleman?

Some email accounts will not accept messages with or pictures links in them for some reason.
I would suggest trying a plain text message to him.

All my emails are plain text, tried reply and new message in PT, no good.
I am reasonably IT knowledgeable.

Some bounce backs tell me "blacklisted domain"

do you have a visiting card or a quote automatically attached when you send a mail?

It may get through if you take it out.

Only a signature which is normal (plain) text and appears in main message body. I use MS Outlook as email client by way.

Oh, and include one of the bounce back messages as well if you like and I'll try to tell you which end the problem is at.

I am going to put everything into a plain txt file and email attach it to you, I should have your address.
