Some rather romantic commentary, but some great aerial footage of a gritty landscape, now largely disappearing under retail parks and reclamation schemes.

Excellent... at 3min 54 sec is the Hetty Pit section of Great Western Colliery... still standing and preserved with winding engine and headgear in situ, much overgrown around it now but nice to see how it looked back then.... nice find yet again Peter, 🙂
