For the first time in almost a decade coal trains will roll again through a valley in Carmarthenshire. Celtic Energy is re-opening the line to carry output from its East Pit opencast site at Gwaun Cae Gurwen, Amman valley. The first train is due to arrive at 1200 GMT and once loaded will make its way to its coal washery at Onllwyn at the top of the Neath valley.
