Hello all!

This week we are heading into Cwmorthin to have a go on the traverses and maybe do the odd abseil or zipline.

Just bring along harnesses and cowstails, with SRT kit and steel pulley if you want to be brave/stupid.

Good trip. An hour earlier home than last week. We’re slacking. :)

I suggest an incline embargo for a while now though. I was kn@&£?ed. :lol:

We're not quite there yet but I'm working on it....I have responded to the higher than normal oestrogen levels on recent underground trips and I also get regularly re-programmed at home by my Line Manager. :thumbup:
