This week we're having a look around Aberllyn. This is a very photogenic metal mine with lots of pretty bits so worth bringing a camera. :)
SRT optional - needed to see the highest section, but most of the place is visible without. Bring or scrounge a rope if that's on your to-do list! :o
Meet here around 6:15pm.

Everyone welcome. :flowers:

What sort of rope lengths are we talking about for those who are feeling brave/stupid?

Sorry I can't remember. I'd guess 30m would be ample.
However I've been reminded that it doesn't actually lead to anything that can't be accessed by foot anyway.

Myself and my friend Ben will be there! Re. SRT, isn't this the one Willy mentioned to me that had a couple of abseils so you could enter Level 1 and exit Level 3?
Anyway, see you later.

Whoops - I went to the wrong place!!
I had just finished a 7 hr walk in the Carneddau and thought I would be sociable. I had no kit with me just a very soggy left boot.
Sorry I missed you all.
