I've a similar problem: Hopefully taking mine to Rhiwbach for the day. Then dropping her off six(ish) in Tanygrisiau. So hotfooting it to anywhere else might be an issue.....

There were rumours of Parc, but if you can't make that you could consider popping down into the digs.

Okay.. You can tell I'm the newby: What and where are "The Digs"? Does one get to hang of a cows tail. If so I need to get some..

The digs are one level below lake level in Cwm, and these days they are pretty much populated every Thursday night (or at least one of the digs). Going there, and back, is indeed best done with the aid of cows tails (or a shunt) but more for in case than for actually hanging from them.

Thanks for that Margot.

Sounds good to me. Always aware the gravity doesn't stop happening. Might have some of the necessary tools somewhere.

Just out of interest; what is "the dig"? Sounds fascinating. I'm intrigued....

At least it was a talking point when we went out for the curry that night. All that scaffolding you had sticking out of it was quite spectacular :lol:

I still get a lot of pain in my back some days but on the whole I think I got off lightly....at the time I was more concerned about my collar bone and nose! :lol:
