Sorry, didn't turn up, hope you did not wait.... My bus got to the Black Cat roundabout. and going round it was my connecting bus, arghhhh 30 seconds sooner i'd have got it. Hope there is now a through trip ??

We didn't actually get around to making/improving the round trip (depending on your thoughts on it now)! So some adjustment of the wormhole is still on the to do list. I suppose it doesn't matter very much whether we do that by hand, with small bang or big bang, but bang is fun, of course! :guns:

Bang is dangerous in that location, if we need to split anything major. Plugs and feathers?

Plugs and feathers will do the job. We will need to borrow the drill again! But we would anyway.

And well I actually got entirely soaked, and then I ended up with Don at the wormhole waiting for the rest, because we had gone a different way and forgot to discuss where we would meet. Not at the wormhole! But all was well as that meant having to scamper up again and getting warm.

And it was sad to see you drive off but I'm impressed by the wisdom of the decision! :flowers:

Hmm, did anybody take a camera down there? Pity if not. The calcified horse and rake of loaded slab wagons behind the surprisingly well preserved steam loco were quite a sight 😉
