October is upon us!

This week we're going to bwlch-y-plwm for those who have never been.
A nice mine with some easy SRT (single rope technique for those who don't know)
So please bring your SRT kit!

I believe we tend to meet up outside Pentref shop in Garreg.

Nah, that's the 2nd. The 1st pitch is the one that starts under the waterfall.

Err... I know I suggested ByP but my brain failed to spot the clash and the Fiji game won't finish till 6.30pmish. So 'I may be some time' getting there. My worst case ETA may be 7.00pm. Can you leave a trail of breadcrumbs please.:flowers:

I will be with you guys tomorrow as I love ByP but I may be 1830 ish myself. I suggested to the lads on site that if they wanted to come in at 0630 instead of 0730 then they could leave at 1600 to go home to watch the game.... 30 voices all said "Yaaaay it's a deal!". I'm leaving at 1700.

@ Edwyn: Can you type that fast??

I'll bring my 50m 11mm so if the others have passed the first pitch then we can catch them up.

@ The Others: Drop the first pitch on a pull through, carry on and start rigging the second pitch and we should catch up with you there? If you drop the second pitch before we get there could you leave the rope in situ and we'll clear it on our way through. My 50 won't be long enough and I'd rather not lug my 100 all the way through there!! I'm sure that we'll catch you up before then.

Margot and I will be bringing both our ropes - Margot's for the 1st pitch and mine (62m 11mm) for the 2nd. We'll leave them both in place rigged as pull-throughs. If you don't make it, we'll just clamber back up and retrieve them ourselves. :thumbsup:
