I often get asked questions in regards the various pitches and traverses in Cwm so I've opted to write a guide and publish it as a PDF.

I've got loads yet to write but what I suppose you could call "version 1" is ready. If You're planning on visiting Cwm with a view to go on any of the rigging then I hope this guide will be of some use.

I'll upload updated versions and as when I get time to add to it.

The file is available here:

Many thanks.

Very useful, thanks Miles!

Is the Tyrolean across 8 East, Floor B completed? A couple of weeks ago we gave it a miss as it looked like a work in progress.

Very interesting: - welcome details about the area west of the incline and the pitch into the "lost world" which I'm toying with the idea of doing in May. Also hope to try out some of the (easier! )traverses etc ;D

Many thanks, Miles, for making this available

The Lost World, is well worth a visit, we did a few of the first (were we?) visits about 7 or 8 years ago and there are some great things to see down there.
Ironing 2 miles deep into a system? you obviously dont understand.
