Has anybody done the CRTT in the past few weeks/months?

Have been coerced into doing it tomorrow, not done the route in 2 years.

Are the in situ ropes "ok"

And I can't remember - there is a pull-back cord on the pulley?

Thank you :flowers:

Good to bump into you all today :)

Ropes etc. on the Croesor / Rhosydd...

1st abseil - rope is a 9mm (I think), be prepared to plummet..

2nd abseil - 12mm, sheath completely cut through about 8 feet from the bottom, suspect it's been re-rigged when it wore through near the top

Zip line - fine

Traverse line - fine

BoD - I think the second rail dropped away back in 2013? There's an aluminium ladder dangling in the water from the Croesor side now - just visible here:

CoH - pulley system knackered (again for some time I think). Full of knackered dinghies and rubbish 😞
