Ok, after a nice trip around Cwt y Bugail last week we have decided on a return trip there this week to check out a couple of bits that we didn't have time to get to.
For those who didn't make it last week or those who have never been to this mine there is plenty to see without getting wet, however.....the bits that we didn't get to last week are all VERY wet.....wet and cold enough to need a wetsuit! So the choice is yours guys, a nice warm, dry wander or an evening of cold, wet wading :devil: :devil:

There's a good chance I can get as far as Chester, and home again, hmm sounds interesting. Would like to take a look at that amazing arched level whilst I'm there too if there's time!

Not sure where I will be.....my site is flooded out and we are waiting on a decision by the client so on Thursday I will either be in Malpas or Anglesey.... :blink: :confused: If its Malpas I could pick you up in Chester. Stay tuned for an update!

My wetsuit is miles too small, but i should be ok in a furry and over suit. See you there 🙂

Me too! Packed already. Or more to the point, not got around to unpacking yet...

Definitely a wet suit job I think. The water was painfully cold last week 😞

I was having a look around Cwt-y-Bugail yesterday and noticed a strange blue box in chamber B2 near the entrance, on the right inbye. It had what looked like a microphone attached. Anybody know what it's about?

Many thanks, sorry to miss the pizza but my feet were frozen 🙂.

Despite a lack of 'new ground' by having a wet suit on I go into cold water that I would normally back off.

So 'new ground' to me - I had seen the water but not beyond it, so for me a good evening. and great to see people again.
