Look for the 'NEW! Discuss this mine/album/photo in the forum' block and the link will bring you through to the forum post a message page with the correct forum pre-selected. And if it's an image you want to discuss, the image will be auto-inserted into the message as show below.

To the left of these trucks, is it possible to get to what from the chamber higher up, looks like a crane ?

It is, yes, it's one chamber west of the trucks, contains a crane and a short incline (flooded) down to G. Means a thigh deep wade though :)

Especially amusing if the person doing the wading has decided that wellies can be dispensed with and does it in socks....

Goes along the back vein (floor E) through about 9 chambers before it meets Lefel Ffrench and then to Oakeley.

The water gets shallower until it reaches the drain point around chamber 4 or 5.

If I get bored I'll write up the Cwm drainage system one day...

Does any generous personage hereabouts have a suvey of this place marked up with a route ? The last time I was there I had problems rout finding and only saw a tiny fraction of this place. Next time I want to do it properly 😉
