Keith Hubberd who owns the land containing Latchley Consols is very unhappy that mine explorers are entering his property without his permission and, indeed, have done so very recently. I have been requested to ask the mine exploration community not to trespass on Keith's land.

If you want to visit / explore the mine you need to approach Keith in a civilised manner. He is a decent chap who really does not deserve this sort of grief.

On a personal note I have been trying, with some degree of success, to convince the Keith that mine explorers are not a bunch of irresponsible w*nkers, with a view to improving access - uninvited visitors do not help matters so please stay away.

BCA insurance cards should be considered as a part of any possible access agreement for the protection of all parties.
"You Chinese think of everything!"
"But I''m not Chinese!"
"Then you must have forgotten something!"

Disclaimer: Mine exploring can be quite dangerous, but then again it can be alright, it all depends on the weather. Please read the proper disclaimer.
