A long shot, but there are 100's if not 1000's of personal photos of old Camborne on the "Nostalgic Camborne" facebook group, some of Holmen's and Crofty, so possibly Tolgus?

Is it safe to come out of the bunker yet?

Mining Magazine April 1973 has an article on Mineral Processing in Cornwall by David Osborne. Contained a brief note and simplified flow sheet for Tolgus Tin.

You could get hold of the guy who owned the place in the 1970s.
He had about forty photos of the place from me and never returned them!:(

I think he was called Welch or Walsh, it's so long ago I can't remember.
He sold the place to the Wax-Works people.

You might try contacting IA Recordings (look them up)
I believe that they have visited the site over a number of years and "may" be able to assist.
