My copy of Dines cost £5 5s 0d but is in need of a makeover before it falls apart completely. Particularly the covers and the spine.
Does anyone know if these hardcover type books can be restored? Does it cost more than £5 5s 0d and any ideas of a contact who may be able to do this?
Your suggestions would be welcome

You can get a new copy (with updated bits) for about £35.

I reckon this will be cheaper than mucking around with getting it re-bound.

Also, you can pick up 1st edition copies cheap, if you are ready to rock on ebay/amazon/abebooks.

I'm not sure how much they would charge for refurbishing your copy of Dines and you might well decide that Stuey's options are the better/cheaper.
