Actually the query was what motive power was used 1962-68 at the Gwithian works not Pentewan, but only mentioned as it was owned and operated as well as locos exchanged between the two sites. I never questioned motive power at Pentewan as the two Rustons survived long after the works closed.

Sorry, you are correct. Regarding the original question, what does Lewis say in his book on the Pentewan Railway? I have it somewhere but couldn't find it earlier.
