Chimney stack at Trevaunance/Polberro/Bal For sale?

Thought this may interest someone. Can anyone identify which mine this stack belongs to?

An area of scrubland and mine waste at St. Agnes situated either side of Trevaunance Road. Includes a chimney stack, probably once part of Polberro Mine, circa late 19th Century, The chimney stack is a Listed Building

It's on the Beacon Drive just outside St Agnes. Until recently had fencing +/- scaffolding around the chimney, and given that it's listed, you'd be a fool to buy it as I expect there is a hefty repair/preservation bill looming. Not sure of the purpose but I couldn't see a shaft when I last looked (though I didn't look hard).

Operation Minecap had a field day up there and capped dozens of shafts in the 80's.

It's one of the most shot to bits areas in Cornwall. More shafts than United Downs (back in the day)

Disclaimer: Mine exploring can be quite dangerous, but then again it can be alright, it all depends on the weather. Please read the proper disclaimer.
