Recently opened shaft at Blackwater?

Today i was driving along the A30 heading eastbound, as i was going past Blackwater i noticed a field not far off of the road with what looks like an old spoil heap in it, i then noticed not far behind it what appears to be a hole in the ground with a security type fence around it. Does anyone know anything about it?
The field is off the road that runs from the citroen garage under the A30

Was the area in question north of the road, a bit further on than where the railway veers off south east?

The one behind the Citroen garage? That's been open for a couple of years now.

There was another shaft that collapsed under the forecourt recently too, don't know if it's been filled yet.

Water is about 40ft from surface in that area. I think county adit comes through North Busy (which is dry to 300ft or so) must be a block there.

There are a few accounts of shafts collapsing/being opened and right by the road is flooded.
