Police investigating the case of a man who is presumed to have been murdered in Devon are searching among disused mine shafts on Dartmoor.

Stephen Price, 47, of Paignton, was last seen walking his dog on 2 May 2008. The animal came home without him.

Police began a murder investigation when he had been missing for more than a month but have never found his body.

Most curious. The gentleman pictured appears to be wearing skiing goggles and some dinky little headlamp that could be a Pretzel e+Lite.

Not a standard sort of get-up for going underground, but it seems like they've been using remote cameras?

I do hope they ren't going to start searching mine shafts all over the country.
It could lead to all sorts of discoveries of an unpleasant nature 🙂

Well, if they want volunteers to drop shafts, I'm raising my hand!

Disclaimer: Mine exploring can be quite dangerous, but then again it can be alright, it all depends on the weather. Please read the proper disclaimer.
