I would like to draw the attention of mine explorers to the update of the Cave Discovery Fund Constitution that was agreed at the AGM on 22nd February. The procedure is now more streamlined as the Grants Panel are able to determine applications without the need for them to be ratified by DCA Council, can meet as necessary instead of six-monthly, and are able to agree grants prior to the commencement of projects. It has also been made clearer that projects involving mines can be considered.
