Hi Guys

Does anybody know whats happening here, there is what looks like a road going in (new) and nearly all the trees have been felled .

Also the lake in there has come up a HUGE amount , about 20 feet I would say

Great Scott - really?

I saw it almost dry last year. I would have thought if it came up 20 ft above normal levels the showcave would have flooded (or be dangerously close to it) since there is a direct connection?

Its not the body of water near the show cave, thats about the same, its the other one lower down with the plank to walk across it and the passage to the left of the main area is also flooded above welly height

Hello Paul

Yes, that one with the plank is connected to the big chamber at the end of the showcave underwater. I think there is a grille at the showcave end. When it was dry we were able to go into the connection but didn't explore too far as my companions were just in boiler suits.

Do you mean the water had risen to 20' above the plank 😮
