Hmmmmm Dunno. I reckon if you had breathed in, you might have managed to get into the bottom right hand side pipe. Some nice stuff in that one..

Is that last photo for real? I think someone left a pair of boots in there and the photographer is in his stocking feet.

How dare you Sir!
I note from your avatar that you are one of our "larger" gentlemen. Are you suggesting that I may have expanded a bit since the age of sweet sixteen.
I can assure you that I recently re-located this place and managed to get my head, arms and torso into said pipe. Hips however, proved erm "very worrying" so you are correct - the photographer is stood in his stocking feet.
A sensible option, as back in 1976 the inside looked exactly like the outside - but darker. The crux is getting back into the pipe (which is 10 foot long) - bit like getting a cork back into a bottle. After getting back in position in the pipe I was so exhausted that I had to be "extracted" with a rope tied round my wrists.
More men have been to the moon.
Now that's mine exploration!
If you doubt this story take a look at this photo. The Devis Drum was childs play compared to this place.
Happy Memories!
