Hello,

We have had a report about water and roof falls in Smallcleugh Level at Nenthead. The report was left at the Nenthead Mines cafe by Steven Bell. I would like to speak to Steven about his report. Can anybody put me in touch with Steven Bell?

Hard to think where it could be really. Is anything specific actually known?
Wonder if somebody has just wandered into Capelcleugh not knowing where they were and got a bit giddy?

In Cumbria all next week so I might pop over if the weather's too foul to go anywhere else but would hope not to.

The other thing is, that also describes a lot of the passages which are passable, maybe they where a newbie and thought, my god I have to tell someone...

It sounds like a fall with backed up water or water pouting in from a fall but there are many places like that.

Mate of ours was there a couple of weeks ago, he's very familiar with the place and didn't mention anything out of the ordinary when we saw him this weekend.
