Hi guys,
Last week I acquired this lamp whist in the North East. Its very rusty and filthy and still has its asbestos rings. Before I attempt to clean it up, can an expert out there kindly tell me what make/type it is so I know what I'm up against? FYI there is 73 stamped on the grill base and 119 stamped on the base.
Thanks Richard Cox

Could be a Naylor of Wigan. Can you post a pic of the underneath of the oil vessel?

Pretty sure it's a Lancashire lamp and believe it is JH Naylor of Wigan. Hope this helps.
