I've finally found time to total up the profits from the 2020 Calendar - having drawn a line under sales at 111 sales at the end of January.

We sold - 11 copies bringing in a total of £1,971.25

After print (£774.00), PayPal (£82.20) and postage (£262.20) that resulted in a profit of £852.85

The split of proceeds was:

COMRU (61 copies): £468.68
CATMHS (50 copies): £384.17

(total raised to date from AditNow calendar sales if £8,619.57)

--

Once again thank you to everybody who contributed it, everybody who bought it, and Vanoord for doing the captions/descriptions and posting them out! :flowers:

I'll make contact now with COMRU and CATMHS to arrange to send the money to their respective treasures.

my orders are to sit here and watch the world go by

On behalf of CATMHS (Cumbria Mining History Society in case anyone didn’t know) can I thank you for this donation. CATMHS continue to work to preserve the memory and the fabric of many mine & quarry sites in The Lake District (such as those around Coniston, Ullswater, Borrowdale, Caldbeck etc). This donation will help us to continue that work.

Thanks again

Mark Hatton

Disclaimer: Mine exploring can be quite dangerous, but then again it can be alright, it all depends on the weather. Please read the proper disclaimer.
