Isn't it strange how some years it sells out in about 3 days while other years it drags a bit.

It is :(

Sales have never been as slow as this year. I suspect it might be because I was a couple of weeks later than normal having it ready, and everybody has other things on their mind in December.

Still have over 50 left... Fingers crossed!

The blue linky bar thing has gone so some people may have missed it's available?

Apparently people don’t see the blue but at the top of the forum as much as regular posts... Or that’s what I’m told ;)

So I figured I’d just keep bumping the thread every day to keep it high on the home page?

Now 40

When they’ve all gone I can stop posting these boring messages. If that isn’t incentive enough to buy I don’t know what is

How about naming and shaming those who have bought them before but not so far this year?:o:lol::o:lol:

Hopefully there'll be some orders from some of G-B's Trip Leaders and Assistants who haven't got one yet - cheekily shared the link on our private forum...

Down to 39

Or 39 left

Depending on whether you're a half full or half empty person 😉

Simon, I don't suppose you have the facility to send out an auto email to all users? With details of the calander - might jog some that have crept under a rock...

Massive thanks, cheers, thumbs up, pat on back and round of drinks to the both of you for putting this together once more, always a fantastic article

A year wouldn't be a year without the AN calendar in the background to plan by and see it through

I've flagged the calendar up on UKcaving on their "Christmas presents for cavers" thread.

Cheers!

If anyone can spread the word on other forums / Facebook groups (hello Darkness Bellow!), that would be much appreciated. :flowers:

Another batch of calendars is ready to go to the post this evening (sorry, I didn't get round to sending them yesterday), so if you've not ordered yet, today is a good day to order! (as someone with a crinkly forehead once said).

Thanks all :)

Orders are coming in slowly and steadily, down to 35 now.

Hopefully a rush of orders this weekend; as it's pretty much the last chance for delivery by Christmas.

The AditNow Sunday quiz:

Are you looking for a last-minute Christmas present for someone?

Do you have an unrequited desire to look at photographs of mines on your wall for the next year?

Do you sometimes forget what day it is?

Did you buy a calendar last year and have forgotten that it's about to expire?

Are there any damp bits on your wall that need covering up?

Do you already have a 2018 calendar and have a pressing need for a spare to put in the shed or keep in case someone takes a fancy to yours (because it's so damn good)?

Or do you just want to stop Mr.RL and me from posting these reminder messages?

If your answer is 'Yes' to any of the above questions then we have the solution for you...

Order a calendar pronto and Vanoord's elves will package it with lovingness and send it to you!

This message was brought to you by the Society for Improving Living Standards for Vanoord's Elves in association with the Cambrian Mines Trust and South & Mid Wales Cave Rescue Organisation. No elves were harmed during the making of this message, with the exception of one, whose finger which was fed through a franking machine (he'll probably grow a new one).

Ouch! What will the Elfin Safety Executive say about it?
