There is a petition on petition parliament for an enquiry into what went on at Orgreave during the miners strike & into the now much discredited South Yorkshire police's handling of it , please help the petitioners to find the truth by signing it ,i'm sure most people with an interest would like to get to the bottom of it

I wonder how many times the Hillsborough families were asked the same thing over the years...

I wouldn't hold your breath Roy! I suppose you will get the money eventually; my mate who also worked for them supplied them with some walking sticks to sell in their shop. Think it took about twelve months for them to cough up what he was owed.

My understanding of small claims is that you have to exhaust every reasonable avenue first, else you risk winning your case but being liable for the cost of bringing it to court thus ending up out of pocket anyway!

Clearly I don't seem to talk to the same bunch of miners then. The ones I talk to are only too clearly aware of who won, and how they achieved it!

Disclaimer: Mine exploring can be quite dangerous, but then again it can be alright, it all depends on the weather. Please read the proper disclaimer.
