Well worth taking a look at, especially the digging methods and the complete absence of PPE...not even gloves. Ah happy days.
The background music is a bit cheesy and the commentary a little wooden, but hey it was the sixties.
Look out for the miner hand lashing and getting a muck fall on his back.

Brilliant clip indeed. Thanks for sharing. So many things H&S would cr*p themselves at these days. Of particular note was the guys working adjacent to the temporary interchange ramp. (18:15) Plonking an acetylene cylinder down within inches of the +ve juice rail with trains passing by ! Yes, all the fun has gone out of life these days.;D
