Good old keyboards strike again, its probably meant to read "60 lumens"
Looks good value but for recreational use they are usually too tight and narrow beam/low output

Years ago I could type perfect letters on an Addler portable typwriter purchased in the late 60s. This was in the days when car windows didn't go down off the key fob leaving me to get the snow out of the car, torches didn't flash Colonel Bogey, and bloody switches turned up and down so when it was up we all knew it was bloody off.

Come back Luddites, all is forgiven

Standard Chinese mining lamp model designation.

It's a decipherable code...

This one:

K = Miner's cap lamp
L = Battery type - Li-ion in this case
6 = Rated capacity of battery - 6Ah in this case
L = Light source - LED in this case
M = Maintenance free

Simples 🙂

Thanks for that
Similar then to Oldham
L16 = 16Ah LiIon

So GL and DL.... something lamp????
Thinking shouldn't it be BL and LL

Yup, similar to Oldham.

DL16

D = LED
L = LiIon
16 = Amp hours

And you're right, BL and LL would make a lot more sense!

G series completely discontinued now - Oldham fully concentrated on the new range.

It would seem he despatches some lamps from Portsmouth and others direct from Hong Kong/China

I got caught up in that the other week trying to send a mobile phone.

You can send Lithium batteries under certain conditions as I understand the post office leaflet and what the lady in post office said. :confused:

Disclaimer: Mine exploring can be quite dangerous, but then again it can be alright, it all depends on the weather. Please read the proper disclaimer.
