I want to thank everyone for their kind support.
I have personally bore the costs so far. The cost of forming the company limited by guarantee was minimal as I have experience of limited companies, I am happy to carry this along with the first years NAMHO and BCA subs.
Legal costs relative to Cwmystwyth amount to £1273. The are also some further costs relative to the aquisition of further mineral rights which will be due eventually.
I have received personal donations of £550 and £250 from Welsh Mines Society. In the unlikely event that my personal legal costs are covered with a surplus, that surplus will go towards any work relative to restoration of underground access, a cause which I am sure is close to the hearts of everyone on this website.
There is a need perceived to regain access to the very extensive Pughes Mine, previous access was by SRT only the main route of which is now blocked by a boulder.
The clearing of the fall in Gills Upper Adit subject to SSSI and SAM approval would provide a sociable route.
