Shooting in RAW too if possible should give more than enough latitude to get rid of stuff like the the green tint easily. The new Photoshop CS6 RAW loader is incredible compared to the old one, and I'm currently re-doing a lot of my older files, as the difference is amazing, especially on the low-lit, noisier images.
I also make sure all my lighting is the same brand to mimize any color differences, as even 200K difference will show up. Thankfully the StenLight seems to be exactly the same color as my hand-lights, which makes a big difference, as that's now my primary light, as long as I can get away from the camera in time - or there's enough room to move!
