Very overgrown with 5 remaining upstanding bolts Whitehall appears on 1857 survey as a shaft in Westfield Plantation on Whitehall Moor. 1895 survey: shows a building, SW of the shaft where the remains of an engine bed is now visible and a waste heap to the east.
