This is what the Tuxford Incline remains looked like in 1981 - the longitudinal timbers which carried the rails were still visible, as was the bridge at the old Diffwys Floor 0 - the original Tuxford tip level of around 1900. This was superceded by the higher Tuxford tip at Diffwys floor 3 level in 1911-12.
