Sorry about the poor quality, this was from a long way off on a murky day. This shows Sharlston shortly after having the new headframe (the left-hand one) installed. The old boiler house was still in use as you can see the brick chimney to the extreme right. Alas I didn''t record the year this was taken but I''m guessing around 1983. If anyone out there knows more detail please let me know & I''ll amend this entry
