This one is labelled "Lancing" I think this is early in the process when the solidified remains of the iron (the salamander) are left in the bottom of the furness. Looks like these guys are cutting it out, perhaps leading to this photo. http://www.aditnow.co.uk/Photo/Reline-2000-Salamander_105199/
